Dilip is a successful entrepreneur who has innovated, as well as capitalized on innovation for over the 25 years. Dilip founded ADSC in 1985 to provide innovative computer aided engineering consulting services to the automotive industry and has led ADSC to receive awards from Fast Track and, in January 2011, and an award for ArborWind from the Great Lakes Entrepreneur’s Quest (GLEQ). As President of ADSC, Dilip has supervised over 600 engineering design/analysis projects and assisted in setting up offices in United States and India. Dilip also founded and sold a technical staffing firm in 1982 after rapid growth and high profitability. Dilip earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan and has been a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Michigan since 1986.

Jim has a broad background as the CFO with seven early stage companies over the past 30 years. He has led a company from start-up through an IPO, and has extensive experience with early stage capital fund raising, mergers and acquisition, cash flow, budgeting, financial modeling, and profit and loss management. Jim was formerly CFO at Mechanical Dynamics, Inc. (MDI), a virtual prototyping software company where he developed and managed the company’s accounting, budgeting, human resources, sales administration, contract management, cash flow, and financial modeling functions. In addition, he served primary roles in several capital fund raisings. As the CFO at Mobius, he helped raise nearly $2M in seed money from angel and equity investors and another $8.1M from West Coast VCs. Jim holds BSME, MSME, and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan.

Ian is an accomplished C-Level executive with broad cross-functional experience. After pursuing a Ph.D. in engineering, Ian spent twelve years in the automotive industry, firstly in vehicle development, then in program management before moving into a senior management position where he had P&L responsibility for four vehicle development programs. He subsequently ran North and South American operations for Wagon plc, a $1B+ manufacturer of door modules, bumper beams and other automotive body systems. Most recently, Ian spent four years as interim CFO of Ventower Industries, a start-up wind tower manufacturing company where he set up the overall manufacturing process and developed a successful plan which obtained a combined $20MM in private equity, State and Federal grants, and loans. Ian holds Bachelors and Doctoral degrees in Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

This includes comprehensive GM and Ford management experience in manufacturing, worldwide vehicle program management, business strategy, marketing, and Merger and Acquisitions. Terry has successfully managed projects up to $.75B and international teams of over 100. His entrepreneurial accomplishments include the startup of a progressive consulting and international product development-distribution company. Consulting clients ranged from sole proprietors through fortune 500 companies. The practice uniquely specialized in innovative product development, resource management, niche marketing, and business growth strategies. Terry has an Electrical Engineering degree from Kettering University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
